So, as I mentioned earlier, we are doing a summer challenge at my club. Its called the bathing suit challenge, we do these challenges periodically to give members, and ourselves, an extra push. Since summer is practically upon us, its the perfect time for a challenge!
To participate, the ladies must put in Twenty Dollars cash (the staff does this too) and sign a contract saying that in order to get their money back, they must workout at least 20 times between now and July 25th, weigh the same or less at the end of the challenge, OR, if you set a goal for yourself, you must reach it. In the end, anyone who meets the criteria gets their cash back, plus, whoever didn’t complete the challenges money is divvied up between the winners. So if you complete it, you walk away with more money than you put in! Its really so much fun, and totally motivating, we all hang up our own workout tracking sheets on the circuit, so we can circle each workout completed.
I entered, and actually set a goal, to hit 140, normally I’m around 146, when I weighed in at the start of the challenge I think I was 149! So I have to work my BUM off to get my 20 back!
