Hey,
I saw your post on curves website that you had lost 90 lbs. Wow! Way to go! I’m looking for tips and inspiration. I have just joined curves. Before I started I had lost about 30 lbs. (I have about 75 lbs total I need to lose). Now I’m stuck at 231. I’m trying to eat well and I exercise well, but I’m stuck. Any advice?

My advice would be to keep a food journal for a few weeks. It seems like a hassle at first, but it will give you a chance to see what you are eating. Write EVERYTHING down, you will be shocked. Sometimes its just a matter of replacing the white rice at dinner with brown. And its easier to start by making small changes versus jumping right into a diet. Keep working out regularly and make sure your pushing yourself. And drink LOTS of water. You should check with your Curves to see if they will be offering a 6 week solution this summer, or any summer challenges. Hope this helps. Let me know how it goes!
